Retell powers step 3, prequalify (and drives step 2's dialing and step 4's transfer mechanics too). Connect your own Retell account with one API key — we validate it live against Retell's API and auto-discover every agent on the account into a dropdown, so there's no manual agent-ID copy-pasting. Your campaign picks an agent, and calls, transcripts, dispositions, and transfer events stream back through Retell's webhooks in real time.

Because Retell supports dynamic transfer numbers and a whisper message, it's the provider we point tenants toward when the campaign's whole point is a live warm transfer to a buyer — which, per the canonical flow, is most campaigns on this platform.
Current status: built, final verification in progress
The connect flow, agent auto-discovery, and event ingestion are all built and working — you can connect a Retell account in the dashboard today. We're holding off on the Live badge until we've run a full end-to-end verification call against a real Retell agent (dial → qualify → warm transfer → whisper heard → bridge → transcript/recording saved) and confirmed every leg. That test is next; we'd rather ship the badge a few days late than have a tenant find a gap mid-campaign.

What do I need to connect Retell?
Just your Retell API key. We validate it live the moment you paste it in, and every agent on your account shows up in a dropdown automatically — no manual configuration.
Do I need Retell specifically, or does ElevenLabs work too?
Either is fine at the platform level — connecting one provider is enough to run campaigns. The constraint is per-campaign: an agent belongs to a provider, so that provider must be connected before that campaign can go live. Retell is our current recommendation for warm-transfer-heavy campaigns because of its whisper/dynamic-transfer support.
Why isn't this marked Live yet if it's built?
Because our own rule is that nothing on this site is Live until its end-to-end test has actually passed against the real vendor, not just against our own code. Retell's is next in the queue.
