What it will do
Once shipped, ElevenLabs slots into step 3, prequalify exactly like Retell: paste your API key, we validate it live and auto-discover your agents, and a campaign's calls run through your ElevenLabs agent instead of (or alongside) Retell. Per-tenant, connecting either provider is enough — the only constraint is that a campaign's chosen agent must belong to a connected provider before that campaign can activate.
The same capability-flag system that drives Retell's connect UI (dynamic transfer numbers, warm-transfer/whisper support, calling windows, batch retry, voicemail detection) will gate what campaign options are available per ElevenLabs agent, based on what ElevenLabs' API actually supports for that capability at the time we ship it.

Can I use ElevenLabs instead of Retell?
That's the design goal — per-tenant, connecting one provider is enough to run campaigns. Once ElevenLabs ships, you'll be able to run it exclusively, or alongside Retell for different campaigns or an A/B test.
Why is Retell first?
Retell's warm-transfer and dynamic-transfer-number support matched this platform's core use case most directly, so it was the faster first integration. ElevenLabs is next.
