What it does
ElevenLabs slots into step 3, prequalify exactly like Retell: paste your API key, we validate it live and auto-discover your agents, and a campaign's calls run through your ElevenLabs agent instead of (or alongside) Retell. Per-tenant, connecting either provider is enough — the only constraint is that a campaign's chosen agent must belong to a connected provider before that campaign can activate.
Setup is server-side end to end: we import your Twilio number into ElevenLabs for you (that's the caller line their calls go out on — voice only, no texting registration needed) and can build a prequalification agent in your workspace from a campaign template in one click. Calls, transcripts, post-call analysis, dispositions, and per-minute metering all land in your dashboard the same way Retell's do.
The same capability-flag system that drives Retell's connect UI gates what campaign options are available per ElevenLabs agent. Calling windows and dynamic transfer numbers are supported; warm-transfer/whisper on ElevenLabs is in beta — for transfer-heavy campaigns Retell remains our recommendation today.
FAQ
Can I use ElevenLabs instead of Retell?
Yes — per-tenant, connecting one provider is enough to run campaigns. You can run ElevenLabs exclusively, or alongside Retell for different campaigns or an A/B test.
Why do you still recommend Retell for transfer-heavy campaigns?
Retell's warm-transfer and dynamic-transfer-number support matched this platform's core use case most directly. ElevenLabs transfers work via its conference-transfer tool but the warm-transfer/whisper path is still in beta here — if hot transfers are your whole business, run them on Retell while we finish it.
