AI calls, qualifies, and warm-transfers to your buyers. Import the web leads you already paid for — an AI voice agent works each one, prequalifies the consumer, and bridges the live call to your buyer's phone number. Every dial, transfer, and dollar tracked.
Plans from $49/mo, billed at signup · cancel anytime · bring your own AI-voice and telephony keys, billed to you at cost

The live board — every dial, qualification, and transfer as it happens. (Simulated data; the real one moves just as fast.)
Don't take a landing page's word for how the calls sound — hear one. Enter your number and our demo agent will call you, run a 60-second qualification, and offer you a transfer. That's the product.
One demo call per number per day. US numbers only. We never sell or reuse your number — it exists solely to place this one call.
You already buy or generate the leads. lead2inbound handles everything between "lead in a spreadsheet" and "buyer on the phone."
POST them to our API, upload a CSV with column mapping, or connect Facebook Lead Ads. Numbers are normalized, deduped, consent-checked, and DNC-scrubbed on arrival.
Your Retell or ElevenLabs agent dials on your schedule — retries, pacing, and 8am–9pm local-time rules enforced — and runs your qualification script on every connect.
Routing picks a live destination — priority, round-robin, weighted, or scheduled — plays your whisper message, and bridges the consumer to your buyer's number.
Your routing platform posts call results back; we match them to transfers so every lead shows actual revenue, not estimates. Duration, buyer, payout — reconciled.
A fully-worked lead — about 2.5 dial attempts through your own AI-voice and telephony accounts — costs roughly 75 cents. A qualified live transfer in insurance or home services pays $50–75. That spread is the whole business.
You pay your AI and telephony providers directly at their cost (~$0.09–0.15/min all-in on a budget stack). We charge a flat subscription plus 2–3¢ per minute. No markup hiding in the middle.
Illustrative math, not a promise — connect rates, qualification rates, and payouts vary by vertical, lead age, and caller-ID health. Run it with your own numbers; the dashboard will keep score honestly.
Priority, round-robin, weighted, and schedule-based routing with per-destination hours, concurrency, and hourly/daily/monthly caps. When no buyer is live, your fallback chain runs — callbacks, messages, or disposition.
A "calling you in a couple of minutes" heads-up text lifts answer rates — then follow up automatically by outcome (answered, missed, transferred). Your own Twilio, your wording, per campaign. Quiet-hours enforced; reply STOP opts out of everything.
Every dial, qualification, transfer, and confirmed dollar on one screen, updating in near real-time. Put it on the office TV.
Full funnel — ingested to billable — by day, campaign, source, or destination. Estimated revenue from your payout config, actual revenue from postbacks. CSV export included.
Your buyer hears context before the bridge — name, state, vertical, any custom field — from a template you control. No cold handoffs.
Consent required at intake. DNC scrubbing with your provider account. 8am–9pm lead-local calling enforced. "Stop calling" means suppressed forever. Every action audit-logged.
A public REST API for intake and stats, plus HMAC-signed outbound webhooks for every event — lead created, call completed, transfer bridged — with automatic retries.
Put your logo, your brand color, and your sending name across the whole app and the emails it sends — your clients and team see your brand, not ours. Run it like software you built.
Owner, admin, member, and viewer roles with one-click email invites — full control for your buyers' desk, lead entry for a VA, read-only stats for a bookkeeper. Every change is audit-logged.
lead2inbound is the orchestration layer. You bring your own provider accounts — we never resell minutes or mark up your vendors.
Warm transfers route to any phone number today — a tracking number, a buyer's cell, a call center. Revenue postbacks close the loop.
Text leads a heads-up before the AI calls, and follow up by outcome — from your own Twilio account. Quiet-hours and STOP opt-outs enforced automatically.
Our rule: nothing is marked Live until its end-to-end test has passed against the real vendor. "In final testing" means the integration is built and awaiting its live verification run. We'd rather under-promise here than have you find out mid-campaign.
Every integration has its own setup page — see all integrations →
lead2inbound runs on your own Retell or ElevenLabs account — that’s the point. They’ve solved the voice agent. Everything between your lead file and your buyer’s phone is what you’d be building yourself. Here’s the honest inventory.
Either way you pay Retell or ElevenLabs directly, at their prices — we never mark up your vendors. What you’re buying from us is everything else on this list, for a flat subscription plus 2–3¢ a minute. That’s the next section.
Every plan includes the full calling engine, compliance gates, live board, and stats. You pay your AI and telephony vendors directly — our platform fee is cents per minute, in the open.

All plans are billed at signup — cancel anytime. Annual billing totals $490 / $1,290 / $2,490 per year. The per-minute platform fee is prepaid — every new account starts with $10 in free credit, and the cost is drawn from your balance in real time as AI-call minutes are used. Top up any time (optional auto-recharge keeps you funded), and if the balance ever hits $0 calling simply pauses until you add funds — never a surprise bill. Your Retell/ElevenLabs and Twilio usage is billed by those vendors to you directly, at their prices — typically $0.09–0.15/min all-in.
AI calling is regulated, and it should be. The operators who win the next five years are the ones whose paperwork is boring. Here's how we help keep yours boring.
Yes. The FCC treats AI-generated voice as an "artificial or prerecorded voice" under the TCPA, which requires prior express written consent for marketing calls. lead2inbound is built around that reality: consent evidence is captured at intake, and leads that arrive without it are automatically marked ineligible — they never enter a dial queue.
You connect your own account with a DNC data provider — TCPA Litigator List, Blacklist Alliance, or DNC.com — and every lead is scrubbed automatically at intake, then re-scrubbed before dialing if it's been sitting more than 31 days. You can run without a provider, but only after an explicit acknowledgment, and the platform shows persistent warnings until one is connected. We made ignoring DNC inconvenient on purpose.
Yes, and they fail closed. The dialer only places calls between 8am and 9pm in the lead's local time — derived from their state — and honors your narrower per-campaign windows on top. If we can't determine a lead's timezone, we don't dial. There's no override for real leads — the only exemption is a short list of test lines we own ourselves.
They go on your suppression list immediately and are never dialed again. Suppression checks run at intake and again before every dial attempt, so a suppressed number can't sneak back in through a re-import.
You control the script in your voice provider's agent builder, and our recommended scripts open with a clear AI disclosure. Beyond being the right call legally in a growing number of states, transparency performs: people stay on the line longer when they aren't guessing.
No. We build the guardrails — consent gating, DNC scrubbing, calling-hours enforcement, suppression, and a full audit trail — but you should work with a TCPA attorney on your consent language and calling program. We do exactly that for our own.
You're billed for your plan the moment you subscribe — there's no free trial. The per-minute platform fee is prepaid: it's drawn from a balance (with $10 free to start), you top up any time, and optional auto-recharge keeps you funded. If the balance runs out, calling simply pauses until you add more — no surprise bill. Cancel any time and you keep access through the period you've already paid for.
lead2inbound was built inside a working lead-generation operation — the kind with real buyers, real transfer contracts, and a real folder of leads that never got worked because human dialers are expensive and inconsistent.
We built this platform to run our own unsold leads through it, on our own money, before offering it to anyone else. No venture funding, no growth-at-all-costs playbook — bootstrapped and profitable, which means our only incentive is that the product makes you money and keeps you out of trouble.
