What it will do
Once shipped, this feeds step 1, lead in, same as every other source: you'll connect a Facebook Page through a Meta OAuth popup, pick which lead forms to subscribe to, and lead2inbound registers for that Page's leadgen webhooks. From then on, every form submission auto-ingests in real time — no polling, no manual export.
The connect flow includes a per-form field-mapping screen that pre-fills from your form's own field names, so you only confirm rather than rebuild the mapping from scratch. Critically, it also maps whatever consent question your form asks (Facebook lead forms support a custom consent/disclaimer field) into consent evidence on the lead — the same TCPA gate every other source has to satisfy.
Why it isn't live yet
Real-time Facebook lead sync requires a registered Meta app with webhook subscriptions, which in turn requires Meta App Review and Business Verification — a process that runs on Meta's timeline, typically weeks, not days. We're building and testing this in Meta's developer "dev mode" first (which covers a small allow-list of test accounts, including our own tenant #1), and will only mark it Live here once a real Page has been connected and a real lead has flowed through end-to-end.
FAQ
When will this be live?
As soon as Meta App Review clears and we've run a real lead through the full pipeline end-to-end. We don't mark integrations Live on marketing pages until that test passes — see our integrations honesty rule.
Will it handle the TCPA consent question on my lead form?
That's the plan: the field-mapping UI will let you point at your form's consent/disclaimer question and store it as consent evidence, the same evidence type every other intake path produces.
Is there a way to connect Facebook leads today?
Yes, via Zapier's generic Webhooks action into our live HTTP POST endpoint, or by exporting leads and using CSV import. Neither is real-time like the native integration will be, but both work now.
