What it does in the flow
This gates step 1, lead in (and re-checks before step 2, dial). Same BYOK adapter model as our other DNC providers — connect your own account, get automatic scrubbing at intake and 31-day re-scrub at dial time, with the raw response stored as timestamped evidence — but with the broadest data footprint of the three: federal DNC, state-level registries, TPS, your own internal do-not-call list, and litigator lists together in one response.
Current status: built, final verification in progress
The provider adapter, encrypted credential storage, intake-time scrub, and the 31-day re-scrub are all implemented and working in the app today. We're holding the Live badge for this integration until we've run a final verification pass against the real DNC.com API with live test numbers, confirming scrub results and evidence storage are working correctly.

DNC.com is positioned as the enterprise tier: tenants running high volume across multiple states, or who want one comprehensive check rather than several provider relationships. TCPA Litigator List and Blacklist Alliance cover the budget and premium-litigator use cases respectively; DNC.com is for when you want everything in one call.
FAQ
Does this include the Reassigned Numbers Database check?
Not yet. DNC.com sells reassigned-number lookups as a separate API from its DNC scrub, and our integration calls the scrub only — federal DNC, state registries, TPS, your internal DNC list, and known litigators. A reassigned-number check (catching a number that changed hands after consent was given) is on the roadmap.
Do enterprise tenants need all three DNC providers?
No — connecting one provider is enough to scrub. DNC.com is offered as the single deepest option for tenants who'd rather have one comprehensive check than manage multiple provider relationships.
